The authors set forth their work model and sketch the conceptual an contextual frame of reference. Crisis has operated as a catalyst for the transition toward the transformation of their clinical group conception and practice. The questioning and proposals are mainly focused on the group device and the role of the therapist, and have arisen from their respective life stories, theoretical-practical background and conjoint therapy practice in Buenos Aires, in the early nineties.
